At ResiliaOil, we make sure every order arrives quickly, safely and across the globe. Below is our updated shipping policy with details on processing times, delivery estimates, fees, tracking and more.
1. Processing Time
All orders are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- During peak seasons, slight delays may occur and updates will be emailed.
- Orders placed outside business hours are handled on the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic Delivery (if available): 5–7 business days.
- International Shipping: 14–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
Please allow extra time for customs clearance, weather conditions or courier delays. Tracking will show real-time updates.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and shipping method selected.
- Some orders may qualify for free shipping offers.
- Express delivery may be available for an additional cost.
- Shipping fees are non refundable once dispatched.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can check your delivery status anytime on our
Track Your Order page.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees not included in your payment to ResiliaOil.
- Customs taxes, import duties and handling fees must be covered by the customer.
- Shipments refused due to unpaid fees may be refunded minus shipping costs.
- ResiliaOil is not responsible for delays due to customs checks.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
ResiliaOil is not liable once a package is with the courier, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.
- If tracking shows delivered but the item is missing, check with neighbors or your local post office.
- You may need to file a claim directly with the courier for lost or stolen parcels.
- If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us immediately.
7. Address Accuracy
Accurate addresses are essential. ResiliaOil is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Contact us quickly if you need to update your address before shipment.
- Once a package is in transit, we cannot modify or redirect the address.
8. Returned Shipments
If an order is returned due to delivery issues, refusal or incorrect address, the following applies:
- Reshipment: Your order can be resent after payment of additional postage.
- Refund: Refunds are issued minus the original shipping fee.
